掺钕钒酸钆晶体(Nd:GdVO4)是和掺钕钒酸钇单晶(Nd:YVO4)性质相近的优秀的激光晶体,具有优良的物理、光学、机械性能,是理想的激光二极管泵浦全固态(DPSS)微小型激光器的激光工作物质之一.它比Nd:YAG有更高的斜率效率,比钒酸钇有更好的热导和高输出功率,故在高功率DPSS场合,使用Nd:GdVO4的效果会比使用Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4更好。
